On April 9 FHA mortgage insurance will go up in cost yet again. If you or anyone you know are using FHA financing for your loan and have questions, let me know.
FHA is also unveiling cheaper mortgage insurance for streamline refinances. The changes will be enacted in early June. If you have a loan financed with FHA prior to June 1, 2009 and are looking to refinance, this is something you should consider. Sara and I are familiar with the changes and can help.
